After the mechanical pressing process, the cakes are broken into kibbled cake, cake is refined into a very small particle size. The cocoa cake is made when the cocoa liquor is put into hydraulic presses that remove a small percentage of the cocoa butter, leaving behind the cocoa cake.

  • Packaging : 25 kg net weight, packed in 3 ply kraft paper bags with 1 inner layer of plastic HDPE 35 micron complying with the International standards. Paper bags will be labeled with product type, production code, lot number, net weight and shelf life informations.
