Cocoa liquor is made from through the process of roasting and grinding of the cocoa beans. The method of blending the cocoa beans as the raw material of cocoa liquor and specific roasting parameters ensure the best stable quality and consistency of the cocoa liquor.

Cocoa butter natural undeodorized or pure prime press (PPP Butter) is obtained from cocoa liquor by the process from mechanical press mechine. After obtained from the pressing mechine, no subsequent refining other than the filtration employed. It is then cooled and packed in a carton box at 25kg each package.

After the mechanical pressing process, the cakes are broken into kibbled cake, cake is refined into a very small particle size. The cocoa cake is made when the cocoa liquor is put into hydraulic presses that remove a small percentage of the cocoa butter, leaving behind the cocoa cake.

Cocoa powder high quality is obtained from pure cocoa cake. Cocoa powder has the widest spectrum of all cocoa products, the alkalization process of the cocoa powder increases the pH value of the products and the color is changed, this method is used to obtain a various types of color in the final cocoa powder.
